Virginia enjoys being our clients’ contact person. She strives to maintain a friendly, upbeat, positive and genuine demeanor toward those who come in contact with our practice. She truly enjoys serving as a liaison between practitioners and clients. Her role in providing clarity to those who want to learn more about our services is extremely important to her. Her goal is to ensure that anyone reaching out to our office receives a clear explanation of what to expect in terms of scheduling, billing, services provided, and other administrative matters. Virginia comes to us from a history of customer service, office management, transportation and administrative experience. Her presence at Archangel Therapy Group is what holds it all together.
